As an authorized distributor, PERON Automotive is pleased to offer and support the latest flagship titanium system from Akrapovic. This top-of-the-line product is crafted using high-grade titanium material and features a sandblasted finish. Two valves with sound housings made in the in-house foundry are incorporated to tailor the sound, providing a smooth and rich tone at lower speeds that transforms into a true sporty sound at higher revs. The tailpipe diameter is larger than standard stock tailpipes, with a coated outer and a cast inner shell without coating that will react with heat to create an attractive blue color. Each tailpipe is engraved with a laser-engraved Akrapovi? logo.
When tested on the Akrapovi? dyno against a Porsche 718 Cayman GT4 RS with a standard stock exhaust, this product increased power and torque by 5.6 kW (7.6 hp) at 4,950 rpm and 19.3 Nm at 2,250 rpm, respectively. Additionally, this product is 7.6 kg (44.4%) lighter than the standard system.
It is essential to note that this track-oriented exhaust system is not designed for street or highway use as it does not meet emission compliance requirements. This product does not require any remapping and can be further upgraded with the optional Link Pipe Set (Titanium) and Evolution Header Set (Titanium) to create a full Akrapovi? titanium system. The optional hand-made Rear Carbon Fibre Diffuser in a matte or high gloss finish is also available to complete the entire ensemble.
