All products are brand new and undergo strict quality checks before dispatch. We securely package all items to ensure safe delivery using trusted couriers. If you have not received your item(s) within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate with the courier. Please note that investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days, and refunds or replacements will only be issued after the investigation is complete.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate, as WRAPvehicles cannot be held responsible for incorrect or undeliverable addresses. Additional charges apply for delivery to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, and the Scottish Highlands. Contact us in advance to adjust shipping fees.

**Returns Policy**

Customers have up to 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the item to arrange a return or exchange with WRAPvehicles.

For change-of-mind returns, WRAPvehicles will refund the item(s) cost, excluding original delivery charges, in line with our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item in its original condition.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation (such as warranty papers or manuals). For bundled items, all components must be returned together.
