**Returns Policy**

Customers have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving the item to organise a return or exchange with WRAPvehicles.

For change-of-mind returns, WRAPvehicles will refund the cost of the item(s) minus original delivery charges, in accordance with our returns policy. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item, provided it is in its original condition.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, including all original packaging, accessories, and any accompanying documentation such as warranty papers or manuals. For bundled items, all components must be returned together.
