All items are brand new and thoroughly inspected before dispatch. We securely package all products and partner with trusted couriers to ensure safe delivery. If your order hasn't arrived within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please get in touch so we can investigate with our courier. Please note that investigations may take up to 30 days, and refunds or replacements will only be processed once the issue is resolved.

**Returns Policy**

You have 14 calendar days from the day after receiving your item to arrange a return or exchange with WRAPvehicles.

For change-of-mind returns, WRAPvehicles will refund the cost of the item(s), excluding original delivery charges, according to our returns policy. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the item in its original condition.

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, along with all original packaging, accessories, and any documentation (e.g., manuals or warranty papers). For bundled items, all components must be returned together.
