If your item does not arrive within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, please inform us so we can investigate with the courier. Investigations into lost parcels can take up to 30 days, and refunds or replacements will not be issued until the investigation is concluded.

**Returns Policy:**  
Customers have up to 14 calendar days from the day after receiving their item(s) to request a return or exchange with WRAPvehicles. If you change your mind, we will refund the cost of the item(s), including the original delivery charge, in line with our returns policy.

Returned items must be in the same condition as they were received, along with all original packaging, accessories, warranty documents, manuals, and any items included in a bundle. We process refunds within 14 calendar days of receiving the returned product, subject to our returns process.
